About these terms

These terms apply to all bookings with KF Valeting, run by Jamie Keogh at Tuckmill, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow, W91 P6R3. By booking, you agree to them.

Prices

Prices on the prices page are starting prices in euro. The final price depends on the car and is confirmed with you by message before the booking. The mobile service charge is not included in package prices and is agreed by message when you book.

Deposits and cancellations

A €30 deposit is needed to secure a booking. The deposit is taken off the final price.

If you cancel at least 5 days before your booking, the deposit is refunded. If you cancel with less than 5 days' notice, or do not turn up, the deposit is not refunded.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be bought by sending a message. The value, expiry date and package (if any) are confirmed when you buy the voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Before your booking

Please remove valuables and personal items from the car before the valet or detail. KF Valeting is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Results and liability

Every car is cleaned with care, but some marks, stains, scratches and wear cannot be fully removed. Any damage that already exists on the car is not the responsibility of KF Valeting. If you are not happy with any part of the clean, please send a message as soon as you get your car back and Jamie will put it right.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Ireland.
